About us

Who are we?

We are pursuing Jesus' vision and mission for the local community of believers.

We see that there are two major parts of Jesus' vision for the Church worldwide:

  1. Our identity, who we are, is a loved one by God, forgiven and a believer in Jesus’ return.

  2. Our primary citizenship is the Kingdom of Heaven and we live as God’s Ambassadors to the world.

Everything we say, do, and think as followers of Jesus, can be related back to Jesus’ vision.

Jesus' purpose and mission for the local Church is:

  1. Go and demonstrate God's love to all.

  2. Appeal to others to become followers of Jesus.

  3. Express the Holy Spirit’s gifts and talents within us to others.

Why should I be involved?

1 Co 14:26  “When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up”.

Being a son or daughter of Jesus, He requires that we are a part of the Christ's community of believers. Together, we are the expression of the Father's love:

  1. Demonstrating the Kingdom of God, preaching the good news about Jesus,

  2. Growing in Jesus' disciplines and His character

  3. Maturing in the Holy Spirit’s fruits and gifts.

We can not fulfill Jesus' vision and mission without being involved in a local community of believers.

How do I become a member?

Traditional Church membership is signing a piece of paper and a handshake. We are more than that.  We are a community of believers living Life together. To become a part of this community, you need to be in relationship with Jesus as Savior and have a personal relationship with us.

The primary beliefs for Christian fellowship are:

  • We believe the Bible (66 books) to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. ( 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17)

  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. ( Matthew 28:19; John 10:30; Ephesians 4:4-6)

  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Matthew 1:23; John 1:1-4 and 1:29; Acts 1:11 and 2:22-24; Romans 8:34; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:5-11; Hebrews 1:1-4 and 4:15)

  • We believe that for the salvation of corrupt and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. ( Luke 24:46-47; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Romans 3:23; 2 Corinthians 5:10-11; Ephesians 1:7 and 2:8-9; Titus 3:4-7)

  • We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and empowers them to overcome evil. ( John 3:5-8; Acts 1:8 and 4:31; Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 2:14; Galatians 5:16-18; Ephesians 6:12; Colossians 2:6-10)

  • We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of eternal punishment. (1 Corinthians 15:51-57; Revelation 20:11-15)

  • We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, His Body, which is composed of all people, living and dead, who have been joined to Him through saving faith. (1 Corinthians 12:12, 27; Ephesians 1:22-23)

We support diversity of beliefs in all secondary Christian doctrines.
